Exhibitor Registration Types - PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY

Our registration options are complex. Please read the following options carefully, and make sure each individual registers only once. If you are not sure which registration option(s) to choose, please call us at 310-477-4475 x103.

  1. Exhibit Booth Staff Registration
    For employees who are ONLY staffing your booth (not speaking or attending sessions)
    You may register as many as you need, and there is no registration fee. However, this option includes access to the exhibit floor only -- no sessions or meal functions.

  2. Event Passes included with sponsorship
    Unique registration codes required (provided in your exhibit kit). Call 310-477-4475 x103 for more information.
    • Platinum Sponsors: 5 Full Event Registrations
    • Gold Sponsors: 3 Full Event Registrations
    • Silver Sponsors: 2 Full Event Registrations
    NOTE: During online registration, these people will be able to tell us if they are also staffing a booth.

  3. Additional Employee Discounts
    • Platinum Sponsors may register additional employees (beyond the 5 mentioned in #2 above) at 15% off.
    • Gold Sponsors may register additional employees (beyond the 3 mentioned in #2 above) at 10% off.
    • Silver Sponsors may register additional employees (beyond the 2 mentioned in #2 above) at 5% off.

  4. Speakers
    If there are speakers from your company who are speaking on the primary conference program, they should register separately as speakers. NOTE: This does not apply to "In Perspective" session speakers. Your 30-minute "In Perspective" presenters should register using one of your full conference passes or as booth staff. If you are not sure, please call 310-477-4475 x103.
